Authentic blue and white striped T shirts were first worn by the French Navy and later taken up by fishermen before becoming the cult classic they are today.
These are made by the French company Saint James using the traditional cut with boat neck and slightly abbreviated sleeves.
The fabric is robust heavy weight knitted cotton.
